Craig Price has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate in the Bluffton office.
He spent 28 years as one of the top financial advisors for one of the largest financial firms in the U.S. One of his favorite activities was buying and selling real estate in Southwest Florida, and he invested in more than a dozen residential properties in Florida. After falling in love with the Low Country of South Carolina, he decided to make a life change and pursue his passion of real estate in the Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort areas.
An experienced negotiator, Price is also skilled in finding the product or property that meets a client’s needs. He has worked for years with clients, relocating and retirees, dealing with every aspect of their lives. He listens carefully to clients, helping them evaluate their wants and needs, and guiding them to choices that work for them. Whether a client is looking for an investment property, a second home or a dream forever home, Price will help locate that home and guide clients through the process.
