“What Customers Want: It’s Not What You Think

Randi Busse, President of Workforce Development Group

What do customers want? Here’s a hint It’s not (just) price, quality, timing, taste or color   – or any of those attributes of your product or service.  It’s the experience you deliver.        Pre-COVID-19, customers wanted what they wanted, when they wanted it at a price they    pay for it.  That’s not the case today.  This free Zoom webinar will help attendees learn what customers want now.

Randi Busse has been helping employees to delight customers for more than 25 years.  Her programs help employees to “think like an owner, not a renter,” yielding rave reviews    from her clients, because the culture of their organizations change and their customers    rave about them.  She’s co-author of the book, “Turning Rants Into Raves: Turn Your             Customers On Before They Turn On YOU!” written for CEO's, business owners and managers that want to improve the experience they are providing to their customers.
